Playing a key role in ensuring compliance with donor’s procurement procedures, including establishing specifications for required goods and services, obtaining appropriate number of quotations or inviting suppliers of goods and services to tender, selecting successful supplier, issuing award letters, ensuring compliance of supplies with specification and effecting payment in accordance with contract terms.Preparing and submitting quarterly statement of expenditure for reimbursement.
